The two biggest antagonists in the food supply are soybean oil and wheat.
It's going to be very hard to steer clear of these.
Both are in practically everything.
Reading labels is the only way to educate yourself.
I can offer some examples, but it's up to you.
For example, nearly all fried food at fast food places is cooked in rancid soybean oil.
All batters used on fried foods is predominantly wheat.
Nearly all salad dressings and mayonnaises have soybean oil as their primary ingredient.
Bread, pasta, donuts, crackers, and cookies are predominantly wheat.
Nearly all ultra-processed foods contain either one or both.
So the burden is on you. Because these products are innumerable.
You can follow my boring grocery list and be relatively safe. But I don't expect a lot of people to do this.
My most notable symptoms, when I allow these two ingredients back into my life, are achy joints, foot swelling, acid reflux, and bad skin.
