Pork rinds should not be on the grocery list because they have no nutritional value and, most importantly, pork rinds cause poop problems (a splatter-fest on the toilet, AKA loose stool) when overeaten, which is what I eventually do.
The better solution - actually the best solution - is to eat a chunk of leftover thin steak for a snack when hungry. That chunk of steak is thoroughly satisfying. Problem solved.
