No, not honey.
Honey is where bees break down (in their stomachs) the complex sugars in nectar (sucrose) that they get from flowers into simple sugars (fructose and glucose). So, nectar was essentially table sugar, and the bees break it down by one step to its simplest form.
The true nectar of the gods that I'm referring to is bacon grease (also known as lard). It tastes delicious.
Matter of fact, it's the most delicious fat out there!
And it's arguably the healthiest, too!
Win-win!
Store this amber in a glass jar at room temperature for up to one week.
