Do not sleep or spend a lot of time in the same room where your Wi-Fi router is located. Also, do not sleep with your cell phone by your head.
Back in 2013, Danish school girls ran an experiment where they attempted to grow garden cress (Lepidium sativum) seeds near a Wi-Fi router. The results were blatantly obvious. The seeds grown near the Wi-Fi either had not grown or had died, while the ones in the next room had thrived.
The idea behind why the girls ran the experiment in the first place was that they had noticed that they didn't concentrate well at school the next day if they slept with their phones close to their heads.
Surprisingly (or not), this is the only known scientific experiment that properly explores the potential dangers of cell phones and Wi-Fi radiation. The rest of the information out there is murky at best.
What do you want to make a bet that all of the telecoms have already ran plenty of experiments, but they didn't release the information because they didn't like the results?
