Nuts make me anxious, agitated, angry, and my heart rate goes up. This has been confirmed multiple times with regard to almonds and macadamia nuts.
All of these symptoms can be summarized with one word:
ANXIETY!
And it takes days for the allergen to get out of my system.
Nuts are how my pulse manages to be 105 after I've been sitting around doing absolutely nothing.
This phenomenon damaged relationships until I realized what was happening.
