Eat a ketogenic diet, which includes fresh, red meat (and the fat rendered from it), eggs, small fish (and not the big ones, as they contain too much mercury), pork [AKA bacon] (and the fat rendered from it), MCT oil [AKA capric and caprylic acid from coconuts] (does not contain any harmful linoleic acid), and chicken. Only eat low-carb veggies that are fresh or frozen (never eat canned vegetables, as these are high in sodium [AKA table salt]). Only salt your food (with Redmond Real Salt); do not add anything else, as these can irritate your digestion.
How to evaluate your poop:
You should be making smooth, brown snakes.
If your poops are a splatter, like a cow patty, then they aren't healthy at all.
If your poops aren't smooth, or they break easily, then they aren't as healthy as they could be.
If your poops are black, then you might have a bleed that is quite a few feet up into your intestine. If you haven't been drinking a whole lot of chocolate milk, or eating dark desserts, then consult your doctor immediately.
If your poops are red, then you definitely want to see a doctor, or lay off on the candies or cereal that contain red dye.
Remember that it's about the quality of your poops, not the volume. Fiber is not necessary and only increases the volume.
