Depleting Your Stored Glycogen

In order to produce ketones, you're going to have to deplete the glycogen (AKA sugar) stored in your liver.

If you're just starting keto, this takes at least 48 hours.

My Current Protocol for Fending Off and Curing the Cancer

FENDING OFF THE CANCER: 1) Fenbendazole - I take one 220mg packet of fenbendazole (by Merck) every day with food $50 per 15 packets; cost per month: $100 (AKA $3.33 per day) Amazon link 2) Ivermectin (1.87% paste; apple flavored; by Durvet) - I take an amount that's about the size of a pencil eraser every day $65 per 6 pack; I'm guessing that there are five doses per syringe; so that is at least 6 months worth of Ivermectin. Cost per day: 36¢ Amazon link CURING THE CANCER: 3) Methylene Blue (USP grade) - has many profound positive effects, including that it replaces your antidepressant; I take it (about 12 drops) daily to help restore health to my mitochondria; some words of warning: it can cause serotonin syndrome (symptoms include: shivering, diarrhea, muscle rigidity, fever, seizures), but this can be completely reversed (just by stopping the taking of the methylene blue); also, methylene blue can have a severe interaction with an SSRI antidepressant (such as citalopram,...

Safest for Human Consumption

The only diet that's almost guaranteed to cure any fixable illness is a diet that only consists of water, salt, and ruminant meat (AKA cow, lamb, deer). This is the ultimate elimination diet. This takes all of the plant toxins out of the equation and practically all other food sensitivities, too. Ruminant creatures are especially well-equipped to nourish us because of their four stomach compartments. This allows them to thoroughly process and thereby detoxify the plant matter and grasses that they ingest, making these creatures the safest of all foods for human consumption. Our anecdotal scientist who discovered this is Mikhaila Petersen, who does what has been deemed the Lioness Diet. The world has been so willfully misinformed that they would not air her TEDx Talk, but here it is... TEDX Wouldn't Post This...

Food Irritants

The question that needs answering is: "What's the least irritating substance in the food supply?" Answer: red meat that hasn't had any other ingredients added to it. The least expensive of these options is ground beef. A diet that consists of only ground beef, Redmond Real salt (a type of sea salt), and water is the least expensive and least inflammatory diet that I've found thus far. Also, my body does really well with four eggs and two slices of Sargento cheddar cheese, cooked in Kerry Gold butter. And I do okay on King Oscar sardines in olive oil. This is the result of a decade of research and self experimentation, where I have subjected myself to every elimination diet imaginable. Just about everything else I've tried has been determined to be less nutritious and a gut irritant. When you get gassy and mucousy, isn't this a sign of trouble? Of course, it is. And this is the result I get every time I consume milk. Isn't constipation after you eat a...
